August 21,1999 This was the 2nd annual Tour de East Bay. Over 35 people particpated in this event and 25 NSXs made the show. We started with a brisk and safe 2-hour drive on backroads from Milpitas to Orinda, then a short freeway cool-down cruise to Concord.
